A slow hour and a half
A session with nowhere else to be
Ninety minutes on the table, with a quiet pause in the middle and no hurry to get dressed afterward.
This is the session for a day off, a long drive home or a week that asked a lot. It's the same Swedish massage as the shorter ones, with more time between strokes. Fran does the whole body at an easy pace, stops halfway for a minute of stillness, and leaves the last quarter hour for the places that wanted more.

How it goes
How the long session goes
- 01
Step 1: Settle in
A few minutes on pressure and anything to leave alone, then you get on the table and Fran steps out.
- 02
Step 2: The first half
The whole body, front and back, at an easy pace.
- 03
Step 3: A pause
A minute of stillness halfway, then the second half picks up where it left off.
- 04
Step 4: The last quarter hour
More time where you asked for it, then quiet. Get up when you're ready.
Good to know
Four things to know before you come
Pressure
Light, medium or firm is your call. A long session is a good time to say so if you'd like it lighter or firmer than you first asked.
Covered
A sheet and a blanket cover you for the whole session, and only the part being worked on is uncovered.
What to wear
Undress to your comfort, and wear whatever is easy to put back on. Leave jewelry at home or in your bag.
Ask first
If you're unsure whether massage is right for you right now, ask your doctor before you book. Fran doesn't diagnose.
Questions about this session
Is ninety minutes too long for a first visit?
Not if you'd like it. Some people choose it for a first visit and some begin with an hour. Fran will check in at the start and as she goes, and you can end a session early.
Can I fall asleep?
Yes, and many people do. Fran will wake you gently when the session ends.
Can I add scent?
A single plant scent can be in the air, from a diffuser or a cloth by the table. It's never on your skin, and it's always your choice.
